Recycled copper foldform steampunk large dangle diamond shape earring

An copper teapot was recycled to create these foldform steampunk earrings.  The metal was heated and hammered to create the fold and there is a texture in the metal as well.  A gear charm and spacer beads have been cold connected to the earrings. Earrings hang from a sterling silver earwire.

From the top of the earwire to the bottom of the earrings is two inches.  The width at the middle of the copper earring is one inch. A quarter is just about an inch in diameter to help give perspective.

These earrings would look great some of the steampunk pendants especially Shield Me http://janeojewelry.indiemade.com/product/mixed-metal-steampunk-foldformed-one-kind-watch-face-recycled-statement-pendant?tid=26
