Copper, brass, and German silver have been cold connected with rivets to make this mixed metal steampunk statement piece.  The center section is a recycled tin with a gear and a watch face on top of the tin.  This center focal is about an inch across and surrounded by a piece of textured copper.  The wings are made of brass and German silver (aka nickel silver) and span 5 inches.  There is a swallow and a lock charm adorning the wings.

The breastplate hangs from a copper chain which is finished with a lobster clasp and an extension chain.  The current breastplate is 18 to 20 inches long but you can decide the length you prefer.
